About Suzanne
Suzanne joined First Properties of the Carolinas (then known as Plantation Realty) in 1981 as a Realtor, and was broker in charge for 19 years. Suzanne has constantly been in the top 10% of Realtors selling real estate, through knowing the market, providing great customer service and keeping in close contact with her clients at all times. As a result of her own moves and travels in the States and overseas, Suzanne brings a great appreciation of the difficulties of moving from out of town!
She has given back to her profession through long hours of working on, and chairing, committees for the Association of Realtors on the local and state levels. Suzanne has volunteered extensively within the community - coaching the swim team for a number of years and volunteering for the City, Chamber of Commerce and YMCA on many committees.

Hobbies - USTA Tennis, Gardening and Landscaping, Reading, Travel and Grandchildren
Family - Suzanne (English) married John (Scottish). They emigrated from England to Canada, where they had three children (Canadians). The family settled in Tega Cay in 1979 and now there are five grandchildren (Americans). This is the true meaning of the "melting pot" in this great country of opportunity.
