About Sandee

You will be hard pressed to find an agent with the local market knowledge and real estate experience Sandee Wilkerson possesses. Sandee started her real estate career in 1971 with the development company for River Hills Plantation in Lake Wylie, South Carolina. In the late 80’s and early 90’s, she was the real estate representative for the development company for Tega Cay. She has received many “top producer” awards through out the years in real estate. She currently serves as the Broker in Charge of the Lake Wylie office. She has been an active member in the community as well as the real estate industry. She has lived on both sides of the lake. She raised her daughter Gretchen, who now works in Washington DC at the United States Chamber of Commerce, in the community. Currently, she is active in the River Hills Women’s Club and serves on the board for the Lake Wylie Chamber of Commerce. Sandee is married to John Wilkerson. They are members of the River Hills Community Church and River Hills Country Club. Sandee enjoys traveling, golfing, dancing, and tennis.
